In this show, we talk about how the senate has passed a resolution that pretty much amounts to an “our bad” plea from white people in regards to slavery. It’s not like we think slavery was a good thing, but why do we need a resolution that decrees some kind of official apology? Why can’t we settle this the way my dad and I settled things after he came home drunk and beat my when he didn’t really mean to?
