Patrick is joined in the studio by Jake Lloyd and the always-amusing Tom Segura. Tom talks about a purchase of underwear he made and why it has him squirming in his seat. He even shows the rest of the studio by dropping his denim to the floor to reveal his quandary. The guys also watch some weird video, including a porno with a creepy premise.
